About Wexford County Court Docket

Wexford County court dockets and records are held by different custodians: the County Clerk for 28th Circuit Court files, the 84th District Court clerk division for district matters, and the Probate Register for probate cases. MiCOURT Case Search can help locate public case history, but it is not the official file. This site organizes those routes so a visitor can start with the right court, counter, or phone number.

Why We Built This Site

Michigan public access does not mean every Wexford record comes from one office. The 28th Circuit Court is the county's general-jurisdiction court, the 84th District Court handles limited-jurisdiction matters, and Probate is a separate court. Alaina M. Nyman, the Wexford County Clerk and Circuit Court Clerk, keeps circuit files; the District clerk division and Probate Register keep their own records. We bring together the local contacts, MiCOURT search path, and court-specific request routes so that a docket, hearing, or copy question is not sent to the wrong counter.

What You Will Find Here

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site. We are not connected to a Michigan court, the Wexford County Clerk, or any government agency. There are practical limits to what we can do:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the court that maintains the file can issue an official or certified copy. For a 28th Circuit record, that is the Wexford County Clerk; district and probate requests go to their separate court custodians.

Search Partners

Some pages offer search boxes run by third-party providers. Those providers control their services, prices, and search results; a paid signup may produce a referral fee that supports this free reference site. For official Wexford case history, start with MiCOURT Case Search and confirm a material result with the court that holds the file.
